Hotel Quelle sits in the quiet Gsies valley, deep in the mountains of South Tyrol – a 5-star Nature Spa Resort that treats its surroundings not as a backdrop but as the programme itself. A wellness garden with outdoor spa, a Luxury Spa area and rooms ranging from single rooms to a suite for seven bring alpine luxury together with a wellness philosophy rooted in nature. A house for couples and discerning guests in search of rest.

The Work.

We take on Hotel Quelle’s social media management: content production directly at the resort in the Gsies valley, plus editorial planning and copy. In parallel we run META performance campaigns and keep a steady eye on their results, while the SYNAPPS tracking setup maps campaign data onto the booking system of the 5-star Nature Spa Resort in South Tyrol – down to revenue per campaign.

The Concept.

Water is the recurring motif: the outdoor wellness garden, the spa areas, and beneath it all the calm of the Gsies valley as the undertone of every frame. It’s a triad that shows the Nature Spa concept rather than asserting it – all of it shot right at the house.
